At Aashaari, each piece is crafted in limited artisan batches using solid teak and time-honored handcrafting techniques. No two pieces are ever identical. The subtle variations in wood grain, tone, and hand-woven cane are hallmarks of true craftsmanship and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.

Because our collections are produced in small, intentional quantities, all sales are considered final.

We encourage thoughtful purchasing and welcome any questions prior to ordering. Our team is always available to provide additional measurements, finish details, and guidance to ensure your selection is perfect for your home.

Artisan Character & Natural Variation

Our furniture is made from solid teak — a living material with natural movement, grain variation, and tonal depth. Gentle irregularities and organic variation are not defects, but a reflection of authentic craftsmanship.

These characteristics are inherent to the piece and are not considered grounds for return.

Delivery & Inspection

We kindly ask that all items be carefully inspected at the time of delivery.

If any transit damage is observed, it must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours. This allows us to resolve the matter swiftly and appropriately.

In the rare event of verified transit damage or a confirmed manufacturing defect, Aashaari will arrange for repair, replacement (subject to availability), or an appropriate resolution.

White Glove Delivery

If white glove service is selected, clients are responsible for confirming that all pieces will fit through entryways, stairwells, elevators, and into the intended space prior to purchase.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the case of confirmed transit damage or manufacturing defect.

Approved Claims

Should a return be authorized due to verified defect or transit damage:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Processing may take up to 14 business days following inspection
• Delivery fees will be refunded only when the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility

Aashaari pieces are designed to become heirlooms — meant to be lived with, aged beautifully, and passed down for generations.
